Peter CV has been in possession of a HACCP-certificate since 1996. Every six months, a consecutive visit takes place in which the certificating organization checks thoroughly whether we still meet all criteria. The HACCP-certificate is valid for a period of three years, after which a complete re-certification takes place. During this event, all documentation is re-evaluated.
